Each box contains a mix of French and U.S. artisanal products—think cheese spreads, pâté, crackers, charcuterie, olives, and other gourmet treats. Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your region. You'll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
All of the items in your Apéroh box are shelf-stable and can be kept at room temperature. For any items that require refrigeration (like cheese spreads or charcuterie), storage instructions will be included in the box. We recommend consuming your treats within 2-3 weeks for the freshest experience.
We understand that some of our customers have specific dietary needs. While our current offerings include a variety of products, we are unable to accommodate specific dietary restrictions at this time. Please review the product descriptions carefully to ensure they meet your preferences.
>> You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your box if an item arrives damaged, defective, or missing. We require photo evidence of any issues to process your return. Any items received as gifts that qualify, can receive credit for a future Apéroh purchase.
>> Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons other than damage or defect.
