While living in France, we came to truly appreciate “l'heure de l'apéro” / apéro hour (pronounced ah-PAIR-oh). We love how much the French cherish casual, relaxed, spontaneous gatherings—the joy of coming together to unwind at the end of the day and fully embrace the moment.
